1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting ZEFTY BOT to your server or interacting with its commands, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the bot.
2. Service Description
ZEFTY BOT is a multi-purpose Discord application providing server moderation, a global and local economy system, service/job ticketing, and web dashboard integrations for ZEFTY INTERACTIVE and its affiliated communities.
3. User Conduct
When using ZEFTY BOT, you agree not to:
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or loopholes in the economy or leveling systems.
- Use the bot to distribute malicious content, spam, or violate Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or maliciously attack the bot's API or web dashboard.
4. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to block any User ID or Guild ID from accessing the bot and its dashboard at any time, without prior notice, if these terms are violated or if suspicious activity is detected.
5. Limitation of Liability
ZEFTY BOT is provided "as is". While we strive for high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any data loss, server disruption, or damages resulting from the use of this bot.
