1. Information We Collect
To provide its core functionalities, ZEFTY BOT collects and stores the following information:
- Discord Identifiers: Your Discord User ID and Guild (Server) IDs.
- Bot Interactions: Command usage, economy balances (XP, coins), and leveling progress.
- Moderation Data: Warning logs, timeouts, and ban records associated with your User ID.
- User Content: Message content exclusively within active Support/Service Tickets. Once a ticket is closed, logs may be kept temporarily for administrative review before deletion.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly to operate the bot's features. This includes tracking global and server-specific economy stats, maintaining moderation histories, managing job/service requests, and authenticating you on the ZEFTY Web Dashboard.
3. Data Storage and Security
All collected data is stored securely in a private MySQL database hosted on our infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal Discord data with any third parties or advertisers.
4. Data Removal Requests
You have the right to request the deletion of your data. If you wish to have your User ID and associated records (economy, tickets, warns) wiped from our database, please open a support ticket in our main Discord server.
